How long does delivery take?

Delivery then takes an average of 4–10 business days, depending on the carrier and destination country.

Order Tracking
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Missing Item
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
No worries.
Depending on stock availability or the shipping location, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.
If an item is missing, it usually means it is part of a separate shipment that is still in transit.
Order Not Received
I haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. In rare cases, delays may occur with the carrier.
We recommend that you:

Damaged Parcel
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
We sincerely apologize. Please send a photo of the damaged item to:

We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Yes.
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- the item is not a sale or promotional product,
- it has not been used,
- it is in perfect condition,
- it is returned in its original packaging.
